Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb sausage, browned
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard (alternatively, for those of us who never have dry mustard on hand, one good squirt of yellow mustard)
  • 2 slices of bread (torn into little pieces)
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (mozzarella adds a different flavor; co-jack is fun too)
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
Mix everything together. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
