- 1 lb sausage, browned
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard (alternatively, for those of us who never have dry mustard on hand, one good squirt of yellow mustard)
- 2 slices of bread (torn into little pieces)
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (mozzarella adds a different flavor; co-jack is fun too)
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
